-No birth records have been found for Lucy, so information about her birth date is based on on other sources.  Census records indicate that her parents were living in Harrison, Galia, OH in 1820 and in Athens, Athens, OH in 1830.  However, Lucy’s father was shown as a resident of Bedford, Meigs, OH in land purchase records dated 1823, 1825, 1835 and 1836.  A birthplace of Bedford, Meigs, OH seems plausible, and number of family trees show Lucy (and her brother Joshua) as born in Meigs County.  Whether this is precisely true or not, it works as a general approximation.
