Phoebe Helen Altman was born 12.Nov.1858 in Scioto County, OH. Her parents were Solomon Altman (1831-1886) and Mary Throckmorton.

On 14.Dec.1876, Phoebe married John Benjamin Marshall. The marriage took place in Sheldon, Iroquois, IL.

Phoebe died at age 56 on 12.May.1915 in Dry Creek, Garfield, NB. Her grave is in Dry Cedar Cemetery, Garfield County, NB.
